Law is done away?

Does Paul really teach us that the law (Torah) is done away? Here are some NKJV bible verses to consider:

Romans 3:31Do we then make void the law through faith? Certainly not! On the contrary, we establish the law.

Romans 2:13for not the hearers of the law are just in the sight of God, but the doers of the law will be justified;

2 Timothy 3:16All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness,

Romans 7:12-13Therefore the law is holy, and the commandment holy and just and good. 13 Has then what is good become death to me? Certainly not!

1 Corinthians 7:19Circumcision is nothing and uncircumcision is nothing, but keeping the commandments of God is what matters.

According to "Not Under the Law: Paul and the Truth" by Kent and Jodi Smith, some people believe that Paul is saying, 'Circumcision is nothing' and in effect Paul is repudiating (refuse/remove) the law. But isn't this a conflict? How can he repudiate but yet uphold it? Careful and prayerful thought helps to see the answers.

So, if one person born Jewish, another one is born gentile and both love and follow Jesus, then circumcision is nothing. It is not as important as following God's Holy law.

Paul's intent is not to contradict or add to God's Holy law, but rather to help believers understand at a deeper level.
